Yes, otherwise the driver will need to decide amongst the following best options:

• Leave it at the door if the weather and location is suitable
• Leave it with a neighbour
• Leave it with a colleague

If the driver decides it is unsuitable to leave the delivery at the location (e.g. poor weather /unsafe location/no one to accept the order) and needs to return the order, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Though we strive to deliver to any location, extra delivery charges may apply for deliveries to rural areas or outside our delivery zone. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options with you.
